NNA Collaborative on Incivility & Bullying in the Healthcare Workplace
Initiative Overview
The Nevada Nurses Association believes that every nurse deserves to work in a civil and respectful atmosphere. However, too often lateral violence and bullying in the workplace create a toxic atmosphere that is damaging to nurses and can adversely affect quality of care.
NNA is committed to reducing lateral violence among and toward nurses. To that end, NNA, along with multiple nursing partners, created the Nevada Collaborative on Incivility and Bullying in the Healthcare Workplace, which is working toward the goal of reducing lateral violence.
We invite you to join the Collaborative and become part of the solution to this problem.
